Using Investments
Investments is offered by Latent Byte to anyone with an active Latent Byte account. Using it means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.
Not financial advice
Sector splits, comparisons, rebalance plans, and ETF picks are calculations from your files and public fund data, which can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. They are not investment, tax, or legal advice. Check anything before acting on it; decisions and trades are yours.
Your data
Upload only holdings you have the right to use. You keep your data and can export or delete it at any time.
Fair use
Imports, runs, ETF picks, and fund lookups have per-account rate limits to keep the service available for everyone. Do not try to reach other users' data, overload the service, or work around its limits. Accounts that do may be suspended.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties, and may change, pause, or end. To the extent the law allows, Latent Byte is not liable for losses from using it or relying on its results.
Changes
When these terms change, the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
